📦 Unboxing Video – Mandatory
To be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund, an opening parcel video is mandatory.

The video must be continuous, clear, and without any pause, cut, or edit.

Recording should start before opening the sealed package and clearly show:

The shipping label

The package being opened

The product received

Any complaint without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
🔁 Returns & Replacements
Returns or replacements are applicable only in the following cases:

Damaged product

Defective product
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with:

Order ID

Unboxing video

Clear images (if required)
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or return as per availability.
💰 Refunds

Refunds are processed only after verification of the unboxing video and returned product.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
❌ Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds if:

The unboxing video is missing, edited, paused, or unclear

The complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery

Damage is caused due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling

Product packaging, tags, or accessories are missing
