📦 Unboxing Video – Mandatory

To be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund, an opening parcel video is mandatory.

  • The video must be continuous, clear, and without any pause, cut, or edit.

  • Recording should start before opening the sealed package and clearly show:

    • The shipping label

    • The package being opened

    • The product received

  • Any complaint without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.


🔁 Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacements are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product

  • Defective product

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with:

  • Order ID

  • Unboxing video

  • Clear images (if required)

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or return as per availability.


💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after verification of the unboxing video and returned product.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.


Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds if:

  • The unboxing video is missing, edited, paused, or unclear

  • The complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery

  • Damage is caused due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling

  • Product packaging, tags, or accessories are missing
